Why physical activity matters
Being more active is one of the best ways to improve overall health and wellbeing. It reduces the risk of developing serious health conditions, supports mental health, and helps people feel more confident and energised.
As a health professional, you can play a vital role in helping people take the first step toward a more active lifestyle by referring them to Live Life Better Derbyshire's Physical Activity Service.
