At Live Life Better Derbyshire your health and safety is important to us and this includes ensuring that you, and other people, are protected against COVID-19.
That's why COVID-19 measures will remain in place at all our clinics and events for the foreseeable future.
When attending an appointment with Live Life Better Derbyshire, pleasure ensure that you have read our checklist and follow our guidance to help keep yourself, and others, safe by reducing the spread of COVID-19.
Your checklist
Testing - we would encourage that you complete a COVID-19 lateral flow test before you attend your session. If the result is positive please do not attend. Please contact us to let us know you are unable to attend and we can cancel your appointment.
Wear a face mask for your appointment (unless you are exempt).
Keep a safe distance from other people. The guidance is 2 metres.
Use hand gel when required.
Please do not attend your session if you or a member of your household develops symptoms of, or tests positive for coronavirus:
- a high temperature – feeling hot to the touch on the chest or back (it is not necessary to measure the temperature)
- a new, continuous cough – coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 2 hours
- a loss or change to sense of smell or taste
How we are keeping you safe
Our advisors follow infection protection and control procedures to help reduce the risk of COVID-19 and keep everyone safe including having regular testing for COVID-19
Our advisors carry their own first aid kit and PPE, should first aid need to be administered.
Our advisors will maintain 2m social distancing at all times unless they are required to administer first aid.
Any equipment and touch points are cleaned before and after every client.
A full risk assessment has been completed in line with COVID-19 regulations and has been passed by Derbyshire County Council's health protection and health and safety teams.
