Deciding to take the first step towards losing weight can feel daunting and even overwhelming - but we're here to help you every step of the way.

At Live Life Better Derbyshire we provide support, help and advice for you to successfully lose weight, and keep it off, for good.

Losing weight isn't just about the numbers on the scales - it's about how you feel inside.

It’s about taking a broader approach to weight loss instead of just focusing on dieting or what's on your plate.

We’ll support you with personalised advice, tasty recipes, a variety of support options, online tools and more.

But we’re different to other weight loss programmes as we also look at the emotional and psychological elements of weight management as well as concentrating on the food that you are actually eating.

How to take part

In order to take part in our weight management service you'll need to be:

  • Aged 18 or over
